Hey, I’m Sophie. I’m here to support and empower women through life’s many cycles, helping you reconnect with yourself through holistic practices. At Nurturing You, we embrace the beauty of change and growth, just as nature does.
I’ve always been a deeply sensitive soul, someone who feels everything intensely. That sensitivity has been both a gift and a guide, leading me on a journey I could never have planned.
“I’ve come to see that we are nature—always shifting, growing, and adapting.”
In 2013, I left my home in Wales with a surfboard and a sense of adventure, ready to explore the world. Teaching has always been close to my heart, and as a qualified ESL teacher, I loved sharing knowledge wherever I went.
In 2014, Morocco called to me. After several trips, I booked a one-way ticket, trusting the pull of my intuition. It was there I met Morad, my now husband, and we began building a life together. For eight years, we ran our surf and yoga retreat business, welcoming guests from around the world. Those years were transformative. They deepened my yoga practice and opened the door to holistic healing. I explored Reiki, meditation, and eventually completed a 200-hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training that sparked a fire within me.
Life continued to evolve. We built a retreat villa, welcomed our daughter Norah into the world in 2020, and I dove into the world of prenatal yoga, finding incredible grounding during my pregnancy.
After Norah’s birth, I started to pay closer attention to my menstrual cycle. I began tracking my emotions, energy, thoughts, and moods, noticing the ebb and flow as I moved through each phase. It became an anchor during the hormonal shifts of postpartum life, helping me feel more connected and in tune with myself.

In 2022, we moved back to the UK. That year brought profound loss when my father passed away suddenly. My world turned upside down, and for a time, I felt completely untethered.
Grief has a way of reshaping you, and while those years were some of the hardest of my life, they also taught me about resilience, love, and the constancy of change.
“Grief has taught me that change is the only constant, and through it, I’ve learned to embrace the cycles of life.”
Through it all, I’ve come to see that we are nature—always shifting, growing, and adapting. The concept of inner seasons has been a source of comfort and inspiration, mirroring the cycles we see in the world around us.
My offerings are an opportunity for you to step into nature and connect more deeply with your own rhythms and cycles.
