July's Element: Air
A chance to move, breathe, and soften into the lightness of summer. We’ll meet at 8:15am for a gentle, accessible 1-hour outdoor yoga practice by the beach, focusing on breath, openness, and mindful movement. After yoga (finishing around 9:15am), we’ll head down to the water for an optional invigorating sea dip at high tide. From 9:45am – 10:45am, the beautiful wood-fired Sauna Hut Wales will be ready and waiting for us — the perfect place to warm up, relax, and gather together by the sea. There will be time for conversation, quiet reflection, or simply soaking in the warmth and salty air. |
