I am a prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher, specialising in yoga and holistic support for pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. I created this course to help you embrace your beautiful body and connect with your own wisdom during your pregnancy - sharing the knowledge and techniques that I used myself throughout my own pregnancy and during my labour and birth experience. |
