Restore - Winter Solstice Immersion

This immersive experience will guide you through the transition from Winter to Spring, helping you reconnect with yourself through meditation, a gentle Hatha Yoga flow, breathwork, and relaxation techniques.

Learn about the qualities of Spring, enhance your mobility, and unwind in a tranquil, nurturing environment. 

Optional ocean dip to complete the experience.

A journey through your inner seasons to honour your cyclical nature​

This yoga series is inspired by nature, the seasons and the rhythm of our feminine cycle.

As women, we are cyclical beings. Just like nature, we experience the four seasons throughout our menstrual cycle as our hormones rise and fall. As we go through different rites of passage (menstruation, pregnancy, motherhood, peri-menopause, menopause) our inner world mirrors the seasonal shifts that happen around us throughout our lifetime.

Each season provides its own container for growth, as does each life phase that we go through. 

This immersion will provide an opportunity to explore both movement and stillness so that you can connect more deeply to your own cyclical nature and embrace whichever phase of life you find yourself in.

Each session will include an introductory discussion on the season and its qualities, followed by a nurturing flow and restore yoga practice - the right amount of movement to create strength and improve flexibility, balanced with plenty of calming, grounding poses to soothe and restore your nervous system, whilst embodying the beautiful characteristics of each season, inviting us to drop into nature's rhythm

This space is for you if you have/are:
  • never tried yoga and curious about it
  • experiencing day-to-day aches and pains in your body
  • longing to connect with other women of all ages and life paths
  • transitioning into your (peri) Menopause years 
  • want to feel more connected to the YOU behind all the roles you play/hats you wear (mother, daughter, wife, partner, etc etc)
  • curious about your body and want to explore movement that supports you
  • have children and want to create time and space, just for you
  • craving space in your body and in your life
  • feeling overstimulated and looking for ways to quiet your mind and feel more present
  • wanting to learn ways to consciously relax both your body and mind
  • you feel drawn to the course/space and are curious to give it a try

​No previous Yoga experience necessary. 
Sophie's yoga sessions are beautifully and lovingly created.
She sets a wonderful calming tone to the class and caters for everybody's needs.

What to expect

Each 60 minute session will include:
  • A space for stillness to allow yourself to leave behind your day, and ground yourself into the practice
  • A 60 minute gentle Hatha Yoga flow, including Asana (Yoga postures) to encourage increased mobility, space and strength throughout the body​
  • Nurturing poses to promote healing and rest for your body, mind and heart
  • Breathwork techniques to enhance focus and build awareness of the core and pelvic floor muscles
  • Meditation & relaxation practices to allow for deep rest and integration
  • Journal prompts for contemplation

​​These sessions will be made accessible for all levels of practitioner.

Hey! I'm Sophie and I'm passionate in creating spaces for you to feel connected, nurtured and restored, sharing practices to support you in embracing the ebb and flow of our cyclical nature as women.

I am a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, specialising in yoga for women, pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. I created this course to help you embrace your powerful body, connect with other women and to provide a space where you can get quiet enough to listen to all of the amazing wisdom your body has to offer.
