A balanced yoga practice for strength, alignment, and deep relaxation

A well-rounded yoga class combining the strength and alignment of steady Hatha Flow with the calming benefits of Restorative Yoga.

Expect energising postures to build balance and focus, followed by gentle floor-based poses to release tension and leave you deeply relaxed. Suitable for all levels.

This class is perfect for women looking to:
  • Build strength, flexibility, and alignment
  • Reduce tension and stress through mindful movement and restorative postures
  • Cultivate presence, calm, and overall well-being

In each class, we’ll offer a mix of practices to nourish your body, mind, and overall wellbeing:

  • Mindful movement: energising Hatha sequences to build strength and alignment
  • Restorative postures: for deep relaxation and tension release
  • Breathwork & guided rest: to cultivate calm and presence
  • Intuitive flow elements: allowing your body to move with energy and ease
  • Reflection & awareness tools: helping you tune in to your body and feel supported.

This is a space where you can listen to your body, move in a way that feels good, and connect with a supportive, nurturing community.
