A transformative weekend retreat to celebrate the power, vitality and freedom of Summer

Join us for a heart-opening weekend of wild swims, breath-led yoga, and meaningful connection — all set within the majestic Black Mountains, where rugged peaks, hidden rivers, and wide-open skies invite you to breathe deeper and slow down.

This four-day retreat is your invitation to reconnect with nature, rediscover your joy, and come home to yourself.
Through movement, cold water, time in nature, and shared experience, we’ll open ourselves to the energy of summer: expansive, grounding, and alive.
Whether you’re returning after last year or joining us for the first time, you’ll find space to ground yourself, open up, and feel the full magic of nature, movement, and meaningful connection.
With nourishing food, beautiful off-grid accommodation, and a warm, welcoming group, this retreat is more than just a weekend away — it’s a space to pause, reset, and return home to yourself.

Learn more about Emily + Grove Farm
Emily is the founder of Grove Farm Glamping, the beautiful countryside retreat that will be our home for the Thrive: Wild Swim & Yoga Retreat. Nestled in the rolling landscape of the Black Mountains, Grove Farm was born from Emily’s passion for nature, slow living, and outdoor adventure.

As a registered retreat chef, Emily brings her love for fresh, locally sourced ingredients to every dish she creates. On Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, she will prepare a nourishing seasonal feast, celebrating the flavours of the land and offering a moment to come together and reflect on the weekend’s experiences. And, of course, no meal would be complete without her award-winning brownies, (pictured here!) which earned two prizes at the local show last year!

 - Outdoor Yoga Flow – If the weather allows, we will flow under open skies, moving with the rhythm of nature

 - Morning Breathwork Before Swims – A grounding breathwork practice each morning to prepare body and mind for wild swimming.

 - Evening Reflections Around the Fire – A space to gather under the night sky, sharing quiet moments, journalling, and meaningful discussion by the warmth of the fire.
