Guidelines to honour your experience and the spaces we share together
These guidelines are here to help us create a safe, fair, and smooth experience for everyone attending our classes, retreats, and sessions. They outline how bookings, attendance, and payments work, as well as what you can expect from us. By understanding and agreeing to these terms, you help us honour the space we share together, so that every session flows with ease and care.
1. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are confirmed once payment is received
Payment for all classes, retreats, and services is required in advance
Block bookings for classes are offered at a discounted rate in return for committing to the full block
2. Classes Attendance
Classes have limited capacity. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
All class bookings are for the named participant only and cannot be transferred
Arriving late or leaving early does not entitle you to a refund or discount
Cancellations & Missed Sessions
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
Block bookings: Missed sessions cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged
Individual sessions: If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds, transfers, or rollovers are not available
No-shows or late arrivals count as attended sessions
3. Retreats Attendance & Booking
Retreat spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
All retreat bookings are for the named participant only and cannot be transferred
Cancellation & Refunds
All retreat bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
Retreat bookings are final once payment is received
We strongly recommend travel insurance for retreats to cover unforeseen circumstances
Health & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability for all retreat activities
The facilitator does not provide medical advice or treatment, and participation does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
Participants should disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance
By attending, participants release and hold harmless Nurturing You and its facilitators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from retreat participation
4. Health, Wellness & Personal Responsibility
Participants attend all classes and retreats at their own risk
Listen to your body and modify exercises, rest, or step out if needed. Your safety is your priority.
The facilitator cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction that may occur.
5. Premium Services
Reiki, 1:1 sessions, and other premium services are booked separately and are not included in classes or retreats.
Pricing for premium services is set individually and may differ from class or retreat rates.
6. Photography & Media
Classes and retreats may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify us otherwise in advance.
7. Privacy & Email Communication
When you book a class, retreat, or service, we collect your email address to send booking confirmations and administrative information
With your consent, we may also send occasional emails about upcoming classes, retreats, workshops, and special offers
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly
Your personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties
8. Changes & Updates
Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time
Continued booking or attendance after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
