Honouring the rhythm of rest through the wisdom of the seasons.

An invitation to to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the natural cycles within and around you. Rooted in restorative yoga and somatic practices, each session offers space to nurture your whole being, supporting balance, renewal, and ease through life’s shifting energies.

Each session — and each seasonal series — is inspired by the energy of the world around us, moving between stillness, softness, and subtle vitality. Our first series, beginning in September, guides you through the gentle shift from late summer into autumn, supporting grounding, release, and preparation for the quieter months ahead. Subsequent series will explore the distinct energies of winter, spring, and summer.

You’ll be guided to tune in to what your body needs in the moment — whether that’s deep rest, gentle release, or quiet strength. Practices combine somatic awareness, supported restorative postures, and mindful exploration, helping to release tension, restore energy, and cultivate a sense of balance in body, heart, and nervous system.

Whether you’re new to yoga, seeking recovery from stress or fatigue, or simply craving consistent nourishment, this is a space to move gently, rest deeply, and honour the energy of the seasons — both in nature and within.

Through this mindful seasonal approach, rest becomes more than a pause — it’s a rhythm to integrate into your life, supporting well-being, resilience, and a deeper connection to your inner cycles.

Seasons of Rest | Resting into Autumn

This month, we journey deeper into autumn — a season of balance, release, and preparing the ground for rest. The equinox has passed, and nature invites us to soften into slower rhythms, to let go like the falling leaves, and to find steadiness in the fertile pause between cycles.

Through restorative yoga and somatic practices, we’ll support the body, heart, and nervous system in meeting this seasonal shift with gentleness and ease. Each class offers space to release what feels heavy, to rest in balance, and to reconnect with the quiet strength that comes from within.
