Reiki Healing, an ancient Japanese technique, activates the parasympathetic nervous system to relieve stress and encourage balance, bringing both body and mind into harmony. This practice creates a safe and supportive space where you can release tension, open to healing, and drop into deep relaxation. We’ll begin with gentle movements and breathwork to awaken your body’s awareness, followed by a guided meditation to foster inner receptivity. As you flow through restorative yoga postures, you’ll receive Reiki healing, helping to restore energy and deepen your relaxation. The session concludes with an extended Savasana to integrate the practice, leaving you fully restored and ready to transition into your evening. |
