Is this immersion for me? |
We'll explore Pranayama (breath work) to draw our awareness to the pelvic floor, to gently strengthen the core and lower back. A slow paced practice will invite fluidity and space into the whole body, to help relieve any aches and pains from your pregnancy and/or daily movement patterns with your baby. Meditation, Yoga Nidra and restorative postures will also be included to allow for integration and deep rest.
