I've just spent the last few months doing Sophie's pregnancy yoga class and the difference it has made to my back and legs has been amazing. I was suffering from lower back pain and leg cramps at night but she taught me gentle stretches to ease these. As a complete beginner I was nervous to join a class but she made me feel completely relaxed and broke every movement down for me, giving me easier options where necessary. I would definitely recommend her classes.

and is rooted in Tantric philosophy, embracing the idea that we are each unique and that life is a gift to be celebrated.
This full spectrum practice will allow you to connect to your breath as your guide, encourage freedom in the body and invite you to celebrate your own unique expression of the Asana (physical postures) through guidance of alignment principles.
Expect a deep journey back to your own heart through Asana, Pranayama (breath work) and Subtle body practices (meditation) to embody alignment, strength and Grace both on and off the mat.
Sessions take place each Thursday 18:00-19:15 (GMT+1) and are suitable for all levels of practitioner
