We experience the changing of the seasons through our senses - moving into Autumn the leaves become golden, the air feels crisper. You may even feel the shift of your own inner energy system - the desire to slow down, rest more and retreat into yourself.
As nature begins to slow down, she encourages you to do the same. Autumn is the time of year to go within and clear space - composting our old ideas and habits and using this new found energy for renewed creativity and visions. Becoming still and quiet allows space for what is flowing through us to emerge - whether that is a new project, idea, belief or way of life. |
