Prana in Motion invites you to explore how energy, breath, and intention can create movement — even when the body is still. Through gentle adaptive yoga, mindful awareness, and guided imagery, this workshop helps you connect with Prana, the life force that flows through all of us.
You’ll learn to experience movement in many forms: through the mind, the breath, and the imagination. This practice awakens flow, vitality, and calm — supporting your well-being in ways that go beyond the physical body.
Open to all bodies and abilities, this session offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect in whatever way is available to you — seated, standing, or simply through mindful awareness.
